Bella has also signed up to our Healthcare Plan, meaning she’s all set for the best start in life with regular check-ups and year-round protection! ❤️

We have had a cryptorchid entire male fully black cat bought into us my a member of the public. He has sustained injuries to his mouth and one of his legs. He was found in the area of Poplar Grove.

He is otherwise well, though will require further treatment to aid his recovery

🏠 Renovation Completed! ✔️

Our building work has finished!

We now have our Medivet signage to complement the new design.

Thank you once again to all of our clients (and their pets! 🐶 🐱 🐰) for your understanding during this time. Thankfully, we have no current plans for any more drilling!

We hope you all enjoy the new space. 🐾

🧱 Building is Complete! 🎨

💡 We have new desks, cupboards and lighting throughout these areas, which has created a more dynamic use of space. We now have full use of all of our consultation rooms and reception area.

We are newly painted on our exterior walls, consult rooms, waiting area, reception and hallway.

🫧 Now that we have no more dust from the building works, our floors will soon be having a deep clean.

⚡️ Today, we are tidying some of our wires and ensuring our front of house space is safe for pets, colleagues and clients. This will include replugging our phone system.

📞 Since we have multiple phones, will only be unplugging one at a time and are not expecting any drop in our phone lines - however if you do struggle to reach us, please try again later or email for non urgent enquiries. We will let you know if our phone lines do drop!

We will soon be having our Medivet signage hung, as well as some extra decorations around our interior walls.

💙 Once again we thank all of our clients for your patience and understanding during this time - we hope you are enjoying the new feel!

📞 Reception Refirb! 🖥️

Work on our reception and waiting room area is well underway!

We are currently using a consultation room as a temporary reception area whilst our the other rooms are soon to be completed.

🐱 To keep our feline and small furry guests comfortable, we are currently only using this indoor waiting area for them.

🐶 For our clients with dogs, we are asking to call us from outside when you arrive to then be directed inside for your appointment. Thank you to everybody for following the notice on our front door.

🎨 Now that our exterior walls are fully repainted, our scaffolding will soon be coming down!

🚧 We understand there are a lot of roadworks and traffic by our practice at this time, so as always please call us if you may have any concerns attending your appointment on time.

🖌️ Renovation Update 🫟

✅ Consultation rooms 1 and 2 are now fully built, with only some finishing touches to be made! We will be using these two rooms for any appointments you may attend in the near future.

🧱 Our final rooms are consult 3 and our nurse consult room 4, which are currently under construction. We are hoping these rooms will be fully functional within the next week!

Therefore, we are still limited to appointments at this current time, meaning there may be a slight delay for routine appointments until the refirb has been completed.

❤️ We sincerely thank our clients for your patience during this time, and it’s been great to see all of your shared enthusiasm for the upgrade!

🏗️ Construction is underway! 🛠️

During the first phase of our refirb, two of our consutlation rooms are being renovated. Currently our builders are repaining the walls and ceilings, and building new cupboards and sinks for a more effective use of space.

Currently, this means we only have two consultation rooms available for our vets and nurses to utilise. We are prioritising appointment accordingly.

💥📣 If your pet is noise sensitive, you may wish to call us from outside the practice to let us know you are here. We will try to accommodate a sensitive environment to the best of our ability.

⚪️ The fresh white paint to the exterior walls has also started to be applied.
