Hello fellow animal lovers 😍

If the apps are correct it is looking to be a scorcher this week 🌞☀️
As much as seeing the sun is great... for our doggos 🐶 it can be dangerous. Please bare in mind that walks may be changed to home visits instead. If you have paddling pools in the garden, we'll utilise them for keeping cool. Consider leaving frozen treats, too.

Nobody wants heat stroke 🥵 especially not the pooches

Finally at the end of 31 days of work (yep, straight).
I'll be taking tomorrow (Saturday 5th) away from work. I'll answer any messages on Sunday evening once I've done invoices.
I'm broken 😅 my back and shoulders are wrecked.

I'm now going to dump myself in front of the TV. Happy weekend folks

Hello Fellow Animal Lovers :)

I have decided to have an overhaul of Callys Furry Friends. I've unpublished the website for the time being.
The name will change ever so slightly (I bet this will be a nightmare with HMRC 😂). It will still be Cally's Furry Friends, but instead of pet sitting and dog walking, it will be Pet Care. Cally's Furry Friends Pet Care.

I will be changing how I offer pet sitting (which is partly why I'm changing the name). I'll be sending an email at some point this week for regulars. All sits that are in the diary for 2025 will be going ahead, so don't worry.
I won't be taking on anymore long stay pet sitting for 2025. Odd overnights may be accommodated. From 2026, the amount of sitting I do will be being greatly reduced. I will only offer 7 day max stays and only 1 long stay a month. I know this may cause slight inconvenience, but I need to create a work life balance for myself. I also have a commitment now, a cute little cat called Scarlet.

On the website I will add an FAQs section. I'll be outlining in this section pet sitting details.

Dog walking will largely stay the same, apart from the play group I keep threatening to start. I will get that sorted.

Please keep an eye out for an email this week.

Yesterday's return to work after 4 days off was a heartbreaking one.

Barney kickstarted Cally's Furry Friends. He was my first pupper 4 years ago (it would have been exactly 4 years on March 8th).

After receiving a message from his Pawrent, I went straight round to be with her and Barney. We gave him lots of love and reassurance that he could let go.
The world just got a whole lot quieter and our hearts are broken 💔 😢

Now, go curl up behind your dad's head or under his coat.

**Annual leave**

Hello Fellow Animal Lovers :)

I hope everyone is doing well?

This is just a notice that I will be taking annual leave March 1st - 4th (inclusive). I will then be working right through until April 5th 😱

I have messaged all regular clients regarding Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th. I will return to work on March 5th.
