We hope you are well.

On behalf of Only Group UK Ltd, we want to advise you that we are open for business and operating a full service. As many of you know, not only do we offer a quality product, we offer the best delivery service; your wood pellets are delivered within 2 days of us receiving your order or as per your delivery requirement.

We have a very good stock holding, which will increase in the coming weeks, so please do feel that there is any panic to place your order.

With the current situation with the COVID-19, your drivers will wear both protective gloves and mask at all times. All that we ask, is if the following could be observed for the safety of you and your delivery driver.

Please maintain at least 2 meters distance from yourself and the driver.

If you require your woods pellets to be delivered to a different area of your premises than usual, please let us know so we can accommodate.

Payment via bacs, unless in current times other payment method is agreed in advance.
In addition to our Monday to Saturday delivery service, for the immediate future we are offering delivery on Sundays.
