It would help us greatly if all regular clients could book as many appointments in advance as you can, as our bookings are now into June if you are booking by the app!

Our booking system is now up and running, and all existing appointments have been transferred - this now means you can book all your appointments for the remainder of the year.

The new app will allow you to book, cancel and rearrange appointments with ease. Don't worry if your old appointments are not showing yet, we are still adding them.

We would encourage as many of you as possible to download the app even if you dont intend to use it for booking. It allows us to comunicate with you when your dog is ready for collection, and you can easily view all your upcoming appointments.

Why the change?
We will be honest - we needed to save money, the less we spend on a booking system means less of a price increase for you on your dogs groom!
Plus the added benefit of it being a much easier and quicker system to book appointments and the increased flexibility our clients get from being able to reschedule or cancel appointments makes it an easy decision!

The 'old' blonde one has managed to break herself again!
Our long time clients will be aware that Debbie has Elhers Danlos Syndrome and this can affect her joints quite badly.

The salon will be closed on 22nd April, the morning of 24th April and all day on the 29th April.
We will need to move appointments for those days, as Debbie is having scans and surgery. Text messages will be sent to those clients affected, but we will likely be working overtime to get your dogs in, as we literally have no appointments until May. If your dog can wait, please let us know!

We are in the process of moving all your prebooked appointments from Savvy Pet Spa into Tuft!

This does mean that you may receive messages or reminders, deposit requests etc - we apologise for any confusion but you do not need to action anything, the new system just isn’t aware you are an existing client, and we have to change all these settings manually.

We will invite everyone to download the new app, so you can manage your appointments as soon as our diary is up to date!

This does mean our online booking is currently disabled, however we are currently booking upto 6 weeks in advance, please bear this in mind!
