Based in Devizes, Wiltshire, we're a small company primarily producing health and grooming products for horses and dogs. We've been creating and developing skin protection products for over 10 years. From a starting point of needing high quality, affordable products for our own horses, ponies and dogs,

we moved on to providing them to friends and riding club members before finally launching them onto the market in 2010. Our original aim remains: selling quality products that actually work at prices that people can afford. A policy of monitoring and development, often following all-important feedback from our customers, means that we constantly improve and refine our product range.

I work for Biteback products, and recently took Eliza on loan for my daughter, Octavia. Eliza is an older girl with midge-related sensitivity, which has previously been managed with Boett rugs and limited turnout.

Since coming to us, I’ve been applying Sweet Relief Lotion to her mane, forelock and face, and Sweet Relief Cream to the top of her tail. The relief of knowing she can be turned out all day without worrying about rubbing has been huge - for both of us.
