🌞🐾 International Dachshund Day — the most "long‑awaited" day of the year — lands on the summer solstice for a very fitting reason: it’s the longest day, and our beloved sausages proudly hold the title for the longest bodies in relation to their size. Coincidence? Absolutely not. Destiny.

Because let’s be honest… every single day is already about them. Today is simply the official acknowledgement of their reign.

To all the amazing dachshund dads who lift them, spoil them, chase after their zoomies, guard their naps, and proudly serve as their devoted staff — Happy Father’s Day. You’re appreciated, you’re adored, and let’s be honest… you’re lovingly ruled by a long, low monarch with tiny legs and a giant personality.
