Hi

I am getting round to messaging everyone back! Please send me another message if I haven’t replied! I get soooooo many messages everyday I am massively struggling to keep up! I am looking into an app it’s on my list! If any clients are good with technology I would be grateful for any help in setting an app up!

Hi everyone,

The weather next week is looking incredibly hot, with temperatures forecast to reach up to 37°C. Unfortunately, I am going to have to rearrange some dogs.

My grooming room gets extremely hot, and I don’t feel comfortable working in those temperatures your dogs safety and welfare always come first.

I’ll be in touch with anyone affected to rearrange appointments. Sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for understanding. The following week looks much cooler, so hopefully we can get everyone booked back in then.

A close friend and client of mine sadly passed away on Sunday. It’s been a difficult few days, so if I’m a little slower than usual replying to messages, please bear with me. Hi!

I am having to cancel my dogs tomorrow as I can’t groom in 30 degree heat! Very sorry I trying to fit everyone in asap as the heat isn’t lasting long! If I haven’t messaged you yet I will be! So sorry but I’m sure you dogs will appreciate it staying in the cool!

I am thinking of doing a online booking system …. Would this be more helpful? I am aware that I am incredibly usless at doing appointments and getting back to everyone my phone doesn’t stop!! I thought if you could all just book your own appointments it might be easier? Hopefully 🤞🏻

I will let you all know when then new system is up and running!!

For now I am doing my diary today so I will get back to all messages today and tomorrow! Sorry for the slow replies!!
