I am sorry to share that Debbie (The Southend Pet Fairy) passed away on Thursday 12th June. As such, The Southend Pet Fairy ceases to operate effective immediately.

going to wind up some do-gooders and acquire some haters ... But I have to say....
it is perfectly fine to take your dogs out in this heat ... if you take them somewhere with lots of shade, breeze and water ... it's normally better than leaving them in a stuffy hot house... don't pavement walk them don't make them do anything they don't want to ... But do let them sit in the long grass in the shade of a big tree, run through streams and ponds and generally enjoy being a cool pup!
