I know I’ve been a bit quiet here of late, but navigating the summer holidays, having the kids off and running your own business is not for the faint of heart! 😂☀️

But be sure that Mabel and the Mutts have been fully operational. I’ve just been really relaxed with my posts, but I have been pampering some beautiful puppies. Not all I’ve managed to get photos of, but they have all left feeling fresh and clean. 🐶🐾

In other news my husband has assured me that the pub mobile will be completed by the end of this month.

So watch out for that exciting news.

Just a little note to let you know that myself, Mabel, and the family are on holiday until 2nd August.

If you’ve sent me a message, I’m not ignoring you—I’m just taking some much-needed family time. I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I can, either while we’re away if possible, or when we’re home.

Mabel is the whole reason I changed my career, trained hard, and became a qualified dog groomer. ❤️

When she was a puppy, I couldn’t get a grooming appointment when I needed one, and after seeing some truly horrific things online, I just couldn’t bring myself to trust anyone else with my precious girl.

So, I decided to learn how to do it myself… and that’s how Mabel and the Mutts was born. 🐶✨

We had the beautiful 5-month-old Franklin visit Mabel and the Mutts for his very first puppy groom! 🐶🐾

His mummy had done an amazing job keeping him knot-free, which made my job much easier and, more importantly, made Franklin’s first grooming experience much more comfortable.

A puppy’s first groom can be a little overwhelming, so we always take things nice and slowly—introducing all the different sights, sounds and tools at their own pace, helping them build confidence every step of the way.

Franklin was an absolute superstar and did amazingly for his first visit! 🥰 Just look at that gorgeous fluffy face!

I can’t wait to see you again in 6 weeks, Frank! 💙

We had the beautiful Tora at Mabel and the Mutts this morning! 🐶🐾

Tora came in for a teeth clean and a major de-shed, and she definitely wasn’t leaving with all that extra fluff! 🤣 I think there was enough hair to make another Tora!

She went home looking sleek, feeling fresh, smelling amazing, and with sparkling clean teeth. What a gorgeous girl! 💕

What a busy day at Mabel and the Mutts! 🐶🐾
We had beautiful Willow and crazy-but-cuddly Blue in this morning for a bath and de-shed. Between the zoomies, cuddles, and enough fur to knit another dog, they kept me on my toes! 😂
Then came the gorgeous big boy Rex, who has officially lost enough fluff to be mistaken for a different dog. I’m pretty sure he’s gone home wondering where half of him disappeared to… and judging by that face, even he looks impressed! 🤣
Busy days, waggy tails, and mountains of fur are all part of the fun. I absolutely love making your doggies look, feel, and smell paw-fect! 🛁✨🐾❤️
