❤️🧡 REHOMING UPDATE - SUSIE (WAS BEANIE) ❤️🧡

We recently received a lovely update on our previous resident Susie! Her new family had the following to say:

"Susie is settling in her new home and we adore her. She has started sitting on my grandads knee in the evening whilst he watches the tv. She is still nervous when approaching to stroke her but with some treats she enjoys a stroke ❤️

She is getting more confident day by day which is lovely to see 😊"

Thank you to Susie's new family for giving her a chance at happiness. It certainly looks like she is settling well and it just goes to show what a loving home can do.

🍜💚 MEET LYCHEE, DIM SUM AND CHOW MEIN 🍜💚

Lychee, Dim Sim and Chow Mein are a trio of feline treats that are looking for pastures new. They originally came into us after having been born outside and have therefore had a tough first few months of life navigating life on the streets. Despite this, they have been incredibly brave and with the help of a kind member of the public, they were able to get here to safety.

It is safe to say that they have not looked back since arriving here! They were incredibly grateful to have 4 meals a day, beds to keep warm and a safe place to play and we have loved taking care of them and seeing them grow. It is now however time for them to find their lifelong adventures and their new families.

With them having been born outside, they are a little nervous here with us at the moment. We are seeing little bits of progress every day but they will need owners that are willing to give them the time and space to gain confidence at their own pace. With the right home, they will flourish but it will take time and it is important an adopter realises this.

This trio can be adopted as singles, pairs or a trio dependent on an adopters preference so don't hesitate to get in touch if you feel like one, two or all three of these cheeky faces are the ones for you. With time and patience, you will see you have adopted the most wonderful best friend!

🍝🌽🥬 MEET STIR FRY - our sweet little snack with a big appetite for love! 🍝🌽🥬

Stir Fry is an adult gentleman with a soft heart and he is on the lookout for someone to give him the forever home he deserves. Could that special human be you?

Now Stir Fry can be a tiny bit slow to warm up when you first meet him as he loves staying tucked up in his cosy bed. However don't be fooled - there is a proper cuddle bug cooking underneath!

Give him a couple of minutes to wake up and once he decides the coast is clear, he will emerge from his bed and get straight down to the important business of being adorable! He LOVES a good stroke and giving head bumps and he loves to follow you around his pod like your very own personal sous-chef.

If that wasn't enough, Stir Fry is very good at making biscuits! He kneads away like their is no tomorow. He is such a lovely boy!

Give Stir Fry a little time to simmer and he will soon be stirring up feelings you didn't know you had. He is sweet, affecionate and ready to become someones companion.

🎤🩷 MEET LATOYA 🎤🩷

This gorgeous girl came into us after she ran into the home of a member of the public and gave birth to a litter of kittens! Thankfully, the member of the public looked out for her and brought her to us for help. An owner was never able to be located for Latoya and due to being very poorly around the time of birth, some of her kittens passed away. She is therefore looking for pastures new where she can find a new family to love and have lots of adventures with going forward. Could you be that special family for her? She really does deserve the world.

Latoya is everything you could wish for in a feline friend. She is chatty, confident, sweet and affectionate and she will make the most wonderful companion to whoever picks her out from the bunch to adopt.

Given her sweet nature, we think she would be a good match for a home with children and other pets too! Therefore if you have been looking for a cat that will fit into a family environment, she may be the one for you.

🥝💚MEET KIWI - A SWEET YOUNG LADY WHO IS SURE TO KEEP LIFE FRUITY FOR HER NEW FAMILY 🥝💚

This gorgeous girl is the pick of the bunch and is looking for a forever home where she can grow, play and get up to plenty of mischief with her new humans.

Kiwi is a people-orientated little lady who thinks humans are the best invention since sliced melon! She does take a little minute or two to warm up to you, but once she knows you mean no harm, then there is no holding her back!

She will happily go from attacking your shoelaces one minute to climbing up onto your shoulders the next. Basically if you are standing still, then Kiwi has decided you are jungle gym with snacks.

She is definitely playful and curious and is looking to develop a berry special bond with a new human or two. There will certainly never be a dull moment with her. Expect zoomies, pouncing, climbing and generally peeling back the layers of every new adventure that comes her way.

Meet Bonnie and Tyler - a cute little duo who are hoping to find their own fur-ever home any day now. Could you be the one they have been looking for? ❤️💚

These two sweethearts arrived at the centre from a multi-cat household, so its understandable that they have a few paws for thought when it comes to humans. They are still learning that people can be pretty great (especially when treats are involved).

When you enter their pod, Bonnie and Tyler will come over to say hello and once you are in with them, they will slowly venture closer to investigate. This can sometimes be accompanied by a puffed up tail or a little hiss - their way of saying "I'm interested....but let's not get too carried away!".

They may need a little time, patience and plenty of gentle encouragement to build their confidence, but underneath those tentative first impressions are two lovely kittens with so much potential to blossom.

Bonnie and Tyler would love a quiet, understanding home where they can take things at their own pace. With time, patience and plenty of love, we're sure these two will thrive and will most definitely cause a total eclipse of your heart!

💙💜 Meet Velma and Shaggy, a paw-some pair who are on the lookout for their very own forever home! 💙💜

These two are definitely a fun bunch and are well on their way to becoming proper little cuddle bugs. They are incredibly inquisitive and curious and if there is something happening in the cattery, you can guarantee Velma and Shaggy will be there to investigate! They are sure to be double the fun in their new home.

Nothing gets past these two, they're always watching, wondering and looking for a way to get involved. Morning brushing? Obviously the brush needs playing with! Breakfast time? Why simply wait for your food when you can make a dramatic escape from your pod and join the investigation for things to play with?!

They both certainly have a mystery solving mindset but the only mystery they haven't been able to solve thus far is where their forever family is?! Could you help them solve that one? If so, we would love to hear from you.

They have lots of love to give and just need to find those special humans to join their team!
