A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT APPOINTMENT TIMES 🐾✂️

Please remember that being late for, or not attending, your dog’s grooming appointment can have a big impact on a small business.

Reminder texts are sent as a goodwill gesture the day before to help you keep track of your appointment.

Grooming appointments are carefully scheduled, and your dog’s time has been reserved especially for their needs/requirements. When a client is late, it can cause delays for the rest of the day and reduce the time available for other dogs. I do try my best to accommodate where possible.

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Even a quick message allows me to plan accordingly and manage the rest of the day’s appointments.

A no-show or last-minute cancellation means that appointment time is very difficult to fill, leaving valuable working time and income lost.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and emergencies can’t be helped. However, where possible, please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.

There will be a small fee to cover the time lost for no-shows, lateness resulting in cancellation & late cancellations.

I can’t believe I’m about to say this…. 😬

My diary is filling up fast (dare i say… especially December)
Where possible I would recommend booking your pups pampers for the rest of the year (or even just their xmas spruce).

Don’t panic if you can’t, to ensure all regular clients are booked in for Christmas, I may open Sundays throughout December but this will only become available if & when my other days are full 💕
