CHILLY MORNINGS! Despite the heatwave, our 5am walk had a definite “autumn’s coming” feel with the valley bathed in low mist. Hard to imagine but it is a reminder that it won’t be long before dogs need an extra layer - be it our fleece (which is also a brilliant warm layer under our raincoat) or softshell for added weather protection. TALK TO US! As we start prepping for the colder/wetter months ahead, is there anything you think we’re missing or a colour of something we already have you’d love to see? We know that you loved last year’s launch of our brilliant fleece, softshell and raincoat and of course we will be focusing on those again this autumn - the raincoat that rolls up and pops in your pocket and no-faffing fleece (often worn together when it’s grim out there) were game-changers for so many people and I have to say - that made me so happy! Hearing that so many dogs (even those that normally don’t like coats) are completely comfortable in ours is a wonderful thing. TAGS! Sometimes we make a tag for one of our products that make us smile and this one certainly did that! This is our pocket saver bag - designed for treats or a soggy ball or whatever normally lurks in your pocket! There’s a clip on the back to attach to a belt loop or bag so you can grab whatever’s inside easily. The little tags are hand stamped in the workshop so you can personalise with initials, a name/nickname or whatever you like. These tags go on collars and bags so you can have your own branded kit! IT’S ALL IN THE DETAIL 🧡 Earlier this month our beautiful rep Willow helped her parents get married! 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 & 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙖 🐶👧🏻 have been wonderful reps pretty much since Dashwood began so we were delighted to make her look extra special on this wonderful day. She wore a bespoke white Biothane collar with green keeper to match the bridesmaids and I made a keepsake solid brass heart tag with the family’s initials on the front and date on the back. HANGING OUT TOGETHER: There is so much joy in the little “nothingy” moments at home, pottering in the garden, gently doing your thing.
