One of the MANY reasons we have moved away from traditional livery and now keep our horses on an equicentral system.

Horse owners are custodeans of huge amounts of land in the UK and we all have a responsibility to take care of it in a sustainable way.

Healthy soil and grassland are the key to removing carbon from our atmosphere for good.

We can help do this by making a few simple changes.

We have been pretty quiet on social media recently. That's because we have been busy making some huge changes to the way we run things here at PFE.

Inspired and helped by the two amazing people of Tacky Central , this summer we have moved away from the traditional stabled livery and we are now officially up and running as an equicentral style facility.

If you haven't heard of the equicentral system before, then simply put, it is the concept of keeping horses with friends, outdoors, in a way that is not only species appropriate but also sustainable and healthy for the land.

It's the best of both worlds, a natural and happy way of life for your horse and all the home comforts and riding facilities for you. Trust me, this is is are far more than 'just grass livery.'

So, if you are even a little bit intrigued, get in touch to find out more.
