Pre-assessment day.
After a little glitch earlier in the week, where Rhedyn had his first seizures since last June, we still managed to get out today.
2 areas and 4 hours in hideous weather where by the end of it all I was soaked through to my pants. Only got a photo after finding the last body when it finally stopped raining!
We still found all 5 bodies and are now through to assessments in 2 weeks time. 💪😄

Search training today at Beacons Reservoir. Think we had better weather than those out yesterday. Rhedyn was loving it.

Search Dog training at RAC corner today. Our technical area, which involves steep, slippy and rocky slopes with a few waterfalls included. Light winds today, so really had to cover the ground thoroughly. As usual, Rhedyn did an awesome job. 😍

Training today in Cwm Gwdi. Really difficult wind conditions as it was constantly swirling around from different directions. Still managed to find both bodies. Rhedyn had to work really hard to work out where the scent was coming from. Was great to watch him from above working it out. Good boy. 👌🤩

No training this weekend as we are under house arrest due to Rali Ceredigion coming past our house in Cwm Elan. As you can see, Rhedyn was thrilled by the experience.

A busy day at the Royal Welsh Show today, with a surprise visit from Princess Anne!
Rhedyn was the star attraction with over 350 people coming to say hello and give him a tickle. It's hard work being so handsome. 😄
