Love seeing everyone making good use of the new online booking system 📱
Have even had a few bookings all the way into next year already!!
I understand this is all new and may still take a little getting used to but long term I believe it will be the most beneficial for everyone 😊

Just a few little things in regards to booking…

July and August are now very full so if your dog is due their groom those months I would think about making your next appointment ASAP!
Remember you can book up to 9 months in advance 🗓️

I would really recommend booking at least
two appointments in advance as the first available appointments aren’t until 8 weeks from now. This is mainly due to a lot more people booking ahead now than before. It may come across as though I am busier than usual but I promise I am always this busy it is just now you can get a little insight into just how busy I am by actually seeing the diary.

I understand that there will be occasions where unavoidable circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel/reschedule last minute, you can manage your appointments in app up to 48 hours before your appointment, any less than this please just reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you where possible.

In terms of availability and the new waitlist function in the app…what you see on the app is what is available at that moment in time as I do put up my full availability 9 months in advance giving plenty of time to get booked in. So if you forget to book you will need to add yourself to the waitlist if you would like an earlier appointment than what is available.

If you are a regular customer and still need the link to the new app just give me a message and I can get it sent over to you 😁
