💜 Happy Birthday Lillie 💜

Today is a special day, not only is it Lillie’s 10th Birthday but we are also exactly 6 months post radiotherapy after her terminal cancer diagnosis at the beginning of this year.

She’s been through so much this year and she’s been an absolute star ⭐️ I have been blessed with an absolute angel and I am so lucky!

For her to still be here and be as well as she is, is an absolute miracle and I will treasure every minute of it!

I would like to thank each and every one of you for your well wishes for Lillie and continuous check ins on her over the months, your positivity and support has been greatly appreciated 💜

💜 Closed to New Clients 💜

This is a post I never planned to make, but I’m incredibly grateful to say that I am currently closed to new clients 🤩

As a one-person grooming business, there are only so many dogs I can safely and comfortably groom each week.Since starting online booking and actually sticking to set working hours it has occurred to me I have actually been at full capacity for a long time now but just hated letting anyone down and saying no, but for now Ive came to the realisation I have definitely reached full capacity

I also regularly have to turn away people looking for appointments because I’m at capacity. Because of this, regular grooming schedules are really important 🗓️

If you decide not to rebook/book your dog in for several months and then come back looking for an appointment, I may no longer have your usual space available. In the meantime, that space may have been given to another client who is keeping to a regular schedule.

This doesn’t mean I don’t want to groom your dog — it simply means that I can’t guarantee that I’ll still be able to accommodate you if you don’t keep your regular appointments.

I completely understand that circumstances can change and that sometimes you may need to miss or move an appointment.
This is not about expecting everyone to be perfect. It’s about making sure I can manage my limited spaces fairly and keep appointments available for the clients who regularly attend.

So please, if you want to keep your dog’s regular grooming space, book ahead and keep to your usual schedule as much as possible 😁
