•Paddocks poo picked daily
•Rugs changed as appropriate
•1 bale of shavings per week
•Basic TopSpec hard feed of Balancer and Chaff (any supplements etc is charged to the owner)
•Holding/ arranging farrier, vet etc

•20x40 sand and carpet fibre arena with lights. Never floods/ freezes or rides deep.
•Lovely quiet hacking along country lanes, and fields with wide tracks for cantering
