In the unlikely event that I feel that your cat is unwell or in need of medical attention, I will take your cat to your provided veterinary practice straight away and will contact you immediately. I will also require an emergency contact, should I not be able to reach you. I prefer to do a meet and greet before any first booking so that I can meet your feline and know where everything is, but please be aware if you are booking short notice this may not be always be possible with kitty and family commitments. In this instance we can discuss and organise via WhatsApp and have the key dropped off to us at your convenience.
