I’m very sad to say that I had 3 no show appointments today, leaving me over £100 out of pocket. One client in particular had a txt reminder just yesterday and the message was marked as READ. Iv used my unscheduled down time in the salon to prep my own dogs but it’s really not the point.
I’m a very flexible and laidback person and I’m always very accommodating with cancellations even at short notice. To just not turn up for an appointment though is very unfair and leaves me unable to offer the slot to another client.

Below is a visual representation of what my dogs thought of this when I told them too! Danny is furious and Carmen is just in shock! 😆 Seriously though….Just Don’t do it! ring me and cancel or risk being ghosted forever more. ✌️
