🚨Polite customer reminders 🚨

Please park either on or across our driveway as there is generally plenty of space and respect our neighbours when dropping off and collecting. 🚙

Please ensure your dog/dogs have had ample opportunity to toilet before an appointment. And would be grateful you did not allow your dog to foul in or around the salon. 💩

We require at least 24 hours notice if an appointment can not be attended, this allow us the opportunity to fill the slot. If 24 hours notice is not given full payment of the groom is required as every appointment is wages. ☎️

Please ensure payment for the groom is made during or on collection of your dog. 💷

All existing clients are on a strict regular groom schedule, should you go over this then a ‘matting’ fee may be charged. ✂️

Thank you as always for your continued support and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you all in the salon soon. 🛁🐾

As another year comes to an end and the salon closes I’d like to once again take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you & your beautiful dogs for your continued support throughout 2025.
Also a massive and heartfelt thankyou for all your cards, gifts, tips and lovely words of festive wishes. I’m always truly humbled & grateful, it really means so much to feel appreciated. 🥰
And lastly I’d like to wish you all a very very merry Christmas and a healthy, prosperous & happy new year. See you all in 2026! 🎅🏻🎄🐾🐶

13 year old service dog Orin came in for his usual ‘short bark & sides’ today. ✂️🛁
After many years of being a wonderful hearing dog to his mummy he’ll be hanging up his assistance harness and retiring in a few weeks. What an amazingly boy he is. 🌟Enjoy your well earned retirement Orin. 🎉🐾💙
