Please read regarding orders - to be honest I’m sick of explaining myself now. I have a job in the funeral industry. We have walk ins, phone calls, arrangements where we run over our contracted hours which then means I cannot get to the post office.
I posted 15 orders out of 34 yesterday. I am absolutely shattered and sick of feeling guilty regarding postage alongside the sh*tty messages I am receiving.
This is the reason we have closed due to sheer volume of rude messages I would receive regarding postage. I tried to do staggered postage yet people were still complaining. Set packing and postage days and it wasn’t good enough.

Unfortunately Royal Mail not turning up for collection 3 times has let me down, however that is out of my control. I pay for a service and they do not provide it - which subsequently has a knock on affect.
I am only human and I am trying my hardest to prioritise getting orders out however I am also a sole single mum whilst adjusting to a “9-5”
