We’re Hiring! | Shop & Sales Assistant

📍 Location: Hall Place Equestrian Centre, Berkshire

Join our friendly and growing team!
We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and sales-driven individual to support our shop, reception, and admin duties.
You'll need to be reliable, target-focused, independent, and ready to take ownership of your success.

💼 Full-time (35+ hours)
📈 Temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance
💸 Basic salary + uncapped commission
📅 Weekend availability required
🐎 Equestrian experience helpful but not essential!

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you must be able to work independently and not need constant supervision.
