Equipped with brand new top of the range equipment 🛁✂️, and open to a fully enclosed private garden, overlooking gorgeous countryside. The perfect space for your fluffball to feel right at home 🏡

We’re excited to announce we’ll be opening the doors to our brand new studio on 17 February.

Please note, that due to planning conditions, our Saturday opening hours will be shortened to 9:00-1:00pm. As weekends are our most popular slots, it’s recommended you book ahead to avoid disappointment.

📅‼️ Exciting News ‼️📅

After lots of waiting, and a few extra hoops to jump through, thanks to solicitors and the council, we’ve at last got our planning permission 📋👷🛠️.

We’ll be opening our brand new grooming studio in February 2026 🛁✂️. Stay tuned, as we’ll be sharing more details + announcing a date soon. Online booking will be available from mid Jan via www.barksandtails.co.uk/book.

To all our lovely customers, we’re sadly no nearer to re-opening. At this moment in time, we’re awaiting planning approval, so once again, things are on hold. We’re desperate ourselves to be back up and running, but at this current moment, we’re unable to shed any light on dates.

With that in mind, we’ll be closed until further notice, and recommend booking elsewhere. We will update all of our customers both via social media, and individually, ahead of re-opening.

Appreciate everyone’s patience, and understanding at this time. We promise it will be worth it 🛁✂️🐾🫧

As many of you are aware, we closed temporarily whilst we move home 🏡, and build our brand new grooming studio 🛁✂️.

Due to unforeseen delays, we’re yet to exchange, and hoping to be underway within the next 2-3 weeks 🤞🏼. We had planning in place to limit the disruption both to our business, and customers, but sadly things just haven’t gone our way.

We appreciate that some of you may have been waiting for us to re-open next month, therefore as this is delayed, we’d recommend our customers to book elsewhere, until we’re up and running.

We thank you all for your understanding, and hope to share some dates in the coming weeks. Any questions or concerns, give us a shout 🫶🐾.

Our 🏡 build is delayed by 3 weeks, which means we’re staying put a little longer. We’ve extended our business hours up to 16 July, and have re-opened online bookings 🛁✂️.

Albeit out of our control, it means we can stay open for a little longer. We appreciate everyone bearing with us during this time. We’ll continue to provide updates on our socials once we’ve relocated, and the build continues. We can’t wait to share with you our brand spanking new studio 🤩

❗️Exciting news❗️ – we’re moving! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be relocating to Ravenstone.

As part of this move, we’ll be opening a brand-new grooming studio! We’ll be closed from June 1, 2025, until further notice. While we aim to reopen in September, please note that this timeline may change.

We’re doing everything we can to minimise disruption and understand this may not be convenient for all our customers. We’ll keep you updated in the coming months. For more details, feel free to reach out to us!
