*SERVICE UPDATE*

We are currently experiencing phone line difficulties that are outside of our control. After speaking with tech support, it appears that our phone operating network has been affected by the Amazon Web Services outages and they are working at restoring normal services. We are unclear as to how long the problems will persist and have placed a temporary divert on our lines.

We apologise to anyone who has been trying to call us and have experienced difficulties today.

Vet2U started out with Kate and Kerry and some BIG ideas. Nine years later we have a wonderful bunch of staff, a growing fleet of vans (even an electric one!!), and some truly lovely clients.

Our Story

Vet 2U Limited is the vision of Kate Higgs and Kerry Storey to offer a caring and professional veterinary service tailored to every pet and their owner. Our aim is to bring the veterinary practice to your door, saving you and your pet the stress of a car journey to a static practice.

We launched in September 2016, covering the Isle of Thanet and areas down to Whitstable and Sandwich in East Kent. Originally, we started only with our large mobile surgery, which includes x-ray facilities, but we now have a smaller, consulting vehicle as well. Our team has now also expanded through Kate’s husband, John, joining us as our administrative and PR assistant. Kerry’s husband, Glenn, also joined as our practice assistant and you may see him out and about making deliveries.

We have been finalists in the Canterbury Business Awards 2018 for 2 categories, Woman in Business Award and Innovation Award.

We are also part of the Thanet Business Network and provide discounted services for Ageless Thanet Reward Card holders. Further to our input in the community, we support the RNLI Thanet Community Safety Campaign and also the National Search and Rescue Dog Association (NSARDA) Kent.
