As much as I love grooming your pups, I need to be clear about my no show/late cancellation policy.
I have been having issues with clients booking appointments and not showing up, or cancelling at the last minute. Its not helpful 😭
When an appointment is booked, that time is set aside just for your pet. Missed appointments, without notice, not only affect my schedule but directly affect my income too. If a pup doesn't show up, I don't get paid. How would you feel if you went to work one day and your boss said you aren't getting paid today? Gutted, I imagine. This is happening to me on a fairly regular basis at the moment so I need to take action.
To keep it fair for everyone the following policies will now apply.
** New clients who no show will not be rebooked.
**All future appointments will require card information capture, to be confirmed.
No ££ will be taken from your card unless you don't show up or don't give me at least 24 hours notice of change or cancellation requests.
I understand sometimes life gets in the way, and emergencies arise, and I'll always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, but communication is always appreciated. A quick call or message makes a big difference.
