📢 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM YOUR DOG GROOMER 📢
I am not one to moan… but this past couple of weeks have been super hard due to cancellations, late collections, late drop offs and no shows!
So….
Contrary to popular belief, I do not:
❌ Live at the salon
❌ Survive purely on dog hair and caffeine
❌ Enjoy wondering if today’s 10am appointment has entered witness protection
A few friendly reminders….I love your dogs i really do but….
🐾 If you’re late… your dog’s appointment still ends at the same time because the next fluffy client is already waiting for their spa day.
🐾 If you cancel last minute or simply vanish into the abyss with no message… I sit there like a dumped Tinder date staring out the window wondering what went wrong.- and you will be charged as stated in my policies!!
🐾 If you’re late collecting your dog… please note your dog has already:
✔ Made friends
✔ Judged me
✔ Had 3 emotional support biscuits
✔ Started paying council tax
Please be respectful of appointment times so I can keep everyone looking fabulous and avoid having a nervous breakdown in a pile of Cockapoo fluff. ❤️
