🐾❤️ Meet buster&nugget two Chihuahuas who both needed a little bit of guidance to get them to the best version of themselves🐾❤️

Buster(black) was quite the heavy puller, this was mainly due to a lack of guidance and just some general over excitement! We quickly got to work building some engagement and getting a nice focused heel developed! Buster responded really quickly so I’m certain he will be walking perfect to heel in no time!

Nugget was quite reactive whilst on a walk which we needed to nip in the bud as soon as possible as he is only 6 months old and we don’t want this problem to develop even more! We quickly corrected that Nugget would react and then instantly get a treat afterwards which was unintentionally reinforcing those behaviours, we put a stop to this and only reinforced behaviours that we wanted such as seeing a stimulus and not reacting, Nugget was reactive to poor nerve so we worked on building some foundations and getting more engagement from him which he did really well with!

Great work and I’m sure these two pups will be a lot more pleasurable to walk in no time!

Frankie has recently joined the A4PO team and I can honestly say he is such a delight to walk! He is a 7 year old dachshund and is extremely chilled and just loves his sniffies!
