Today was all about keeping things fresh, challenging ourselves, and having a bit of fun along the way.

Tony, Barbara and I spent some time in the arena working with a simple idea… dragging a log. But as always, it turned into much more than that. Instead of just moving it around, we pushed ourselves to stay connected with it—stepping over as it moved, left to right, right to left, keeping rhythm and balance while it kept rolling.

It’s trickier than it sounds, but that’s where the magic is.

We’re always training together, always learning from each other, and always finding new ways to build skills—even from the simplest exercises. Today was a great reminder that progress doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective… or fun.

What did you challenge yourself with today?
