I’m trying my best to find alternative times/dates to be able to accommodate you all, it’s just a bit of a juggle! 🥵

🔥IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🔥

For those of you who have their dogs booked in with me this week, please be aware that I may need to reschedule some appointments.
With the insane temperatures and heat warnings that are in place for the week, despite having air con in the salon, temperatures could still reach too hot for me to safely groom your dogs.

I would much rather wait if I have too, rather than put your dogs at risk.
I understand it can be frustrating, but please be understanding with me that your dog won’t die from waiting a little longer for their groom, but could from heatstroke ❤️

I will be monitoring temperatures in the salon and making appropriate decisions for the best for your pups 🙏🏼

Doesn’t matter how rubbish you might feel when you get out of bed, starting your day with a tiny ball of floof like this would make anyone smile! 🥰

Today I welcomed little Millie to Barkletts for her first ever groom.
Millie’s mum has been doing an absolutely incredible job of looking after this little cuties coat, regular bathing and brushing, right to the skin, meaning even tho she was a proper little floof-ball, there was not a single tangle or knot! 🙌🏻

The work mum has put in meant when this little girl came for her first puppy groom, she was already used to brushes and the noise of a hair dryer, and let me complete a full groom on her, and leaving looking like a squishy little teddy bear! 🧸

Well done little princess! 💕

Super floofy Ralphy was back in to visit me today 💙
This boy is in his element in the bath, I actually think he would stand there all day being massaged! 🥰

Lovely way to start a Monday morning with this beautiful girl 🎀
Sadie came for her first visit at Barkletts today.
Although she was very nervous, she behaved amazingly, and even relaxed enough for a little sleep on the floor with me afterwards 🥰 (Sadie slept, I didn’t 😂)

Stunning little Bonnie came for her first groom with me, she was a little nervous to begin with but once she realised there were plenty of cuddles available, she relaxed and behaved absolutely perfectly! 💕

Happy boy Oakley in for his regular pamper today 💙
This boy does not stop wagging his tail and is so full of cuddles during his groom! 😊
It’s safe to say he went home a couple of shades lighter too, ready to roll in mud/dust/anything he can find again!

Bouncy Boy Rufus in for his groom today 😁
This cheeky little chappy enjoys his bath and blow dry but really isn’t comfortable with much more of his groom. Between Rufus’ owner and myself we have agreed to just do what he can tolerate and not push him beyond 🥰
So he still leaves clean, fresh and trimmed up, and I even managed to snap some pics today which he can’t normally sit still long enough for! 💙 well done Rufus! 💪🏼
