REMINDER

NO- SHOW AND LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you miss an appointment with no prior warning you are liable for 50% of the cost of the groom. The 50% cost of the groom would need to be taken as a non-refundable deposit for future grooms.

CANCELLATIONS

Please give a minimum of 24 hrs notice for cancellations where possible. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% charge will apply. This along with payment in advance for your next appointment will be required before another appointment can be made. Please be aware that if you do need to cancel you may not be able to get your dog in for a number of weeks as a waiting list system is used.
