K9Cuts Preston Professional Dog Grooming Parlour. K9 Cuts was established by Karen Clarkson at the beginning of 2014.

Karen's background was in the hotel trade, but a love of dogs and the ownership of two lively cocker spaniels led her to re-train and focus on building her own dog grooming business. Karen is a qualified dog groomer and holds the Dog Grooming Diploma from the Canine Health & Hydro in Rimington, Lancashire. A brand new grooming parlour, based in Fulwood, Preston has been constructed meaning that yo

Little Max who is just 14 weeks old and a Shih Tzu/Poodle came in today for his first ever groom. Grooming a puppy isn't ever easy as everything is new to them, but we got there in the end and he can now see...I felt like a little sleep too...🤣. See you again little man. X

Hooray.......Marley's Mum said I could go shorter on his second groom......I love a good transformation and wow, this young man has a very dense undercoat, so an amazing amount of hair came out during clipping, the shower, drying and brushing. Lorraine, one of my special customers 💕has now brought 3 rescued doggies to me and you just never know how they will take to grooming. I'd like to announce....Marley was a superstar. You just missed the joiner by 30 mins Lorraine....🤣 x

The very beautiful Bonnie who is just 12 months old came in today for her first visit at K9Cuts. She loves her Grandma so much, she was very vocal on drop off and collection..🙉. My gorgeous girl was back in after a long, long, time and I've missed her so much. I recieved the usual, very excitable greeting and "surprise"...there was another doggie to say hello to as well as Scooby, who Pepsi just loves. Alfie my Mum's Cockerpoo is currently staying here. Lot's a little black hairs covered my parlour, I mean everywhere, so hopefully Mum can enjoy her new, supersoft coat. X

Little Rosie, a six months old Cavapoo came in today for her first ever groom. What a pretty, sweet little girl. I needed to take her body shorter today, but next time we can hopefully go longer. Today her groom took 2 hours and I was very proud of her. We have established that she likes biscuits and me...💕. Lovely to see you again Vicky and Andrew. The last picture is from the day I met Rosie on her first walk at 12 weeks old.....she looks like a Teddy. X

Murphy, who was just two yesterday, has just found his forever home and is going to have an amazing life with his new Mum & Dad. We weren't sure if he had been to the groomers before, so a gentle trim, bath and dry today. I had a pocket armed with treats.....and it went surprisingly well. So lovely to see you again Matt.
