🐮THANKS FOR JOINING POYNTON TOWN COW-CIL AT POYNTON SHOW🐮

We had a brilliant time at the show on Saturday, engaging with everybody at our 'tin can alley' stall.

We are grateful to the huge team of volunteers behind Poynton Show (Official) who ensure this huge highlight in Poynton's calendar continues every year. Thank you to everybody who makes it what it is and to all who showed up to support despite the rain.

We are proud to be one of the main sponsors of the show this year, can't wait for the big one next year... 125!

And just like that… it’s almost gone! 🚜🌿

After all the excitement of Saturday, the hard work has continued as we clear the showground and return Poynton Park to normal.

It’s quite incredible to think that just a couple of days ago this field was filled with livestock, marquees, machinery, traders, entertainment and thousands of visitors!

A massive thank you to our volunteers, committee, contractors and everyone who has stayed behind and got stuck into the clear-up. The work certainly doesn’t finish when the gates close, and we couldn’t do it without you 💚

Another Poynton Show almost packed away… until we do it all again! 🚜🐑

A message from our chairman

And now… the clean-up begins! 🚜💪

Yesterday may have been Show Day, but there’s still plenty of work to be done behind the scenes to return the showground to normal.

Poynton Show is run by volunteers, and we’d be incredibly grateful for some extra pairs of hands to help with the clean-up.

If you have a little free time this weekend and would be happy to come along and lend a hand, your help would be massively appreciated — even an hour or two can make a real difference. 💚

Please send us a message if you can help and we’ll let you know where and when you’re needed.

A huge thank you once again to everyone who has already given their time before, during and after the Show. It really couldn’t happen without you.

What a day! 💚

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us today and helped make this year’s Poynton Show such a fantastic occasion. It was wonderful to see the showground filled with families, friends and visitors enjoying everything the Show had to offer.

Thank you to our incredible volunteers, committee members, sponsors, exhibitors, traders, competitors, performers, contractors and everyone working behind the scenes. An enormous amount of work goes into making Poynton Show happen, and we simply couldn’t do it without you.

And, of course, thank you to everyone who came through the gates and supported the Show. We hope you had a brilliant day and made some great memories along the way.

For now, it’s time for a well-earned rest!
