Everyone meet Robyn ❤️

She arrived fashionably, 12 days overbaked and all on her own terms on Wed 13th May at 9.30pm after 48hrs of labour 😅 weighing in at 7lb 11oz.

We are all completely in love and Finn is obsessed, Blue is coming around to the idea she might not be so scary after all and we might have to keep her.

A last little post from the 3 of us for a little while before I explode into 2 humans - 2.5 weeks to go 🤞 (amy refused to get in!)

Thankyou to everyone for all of your gifts, cards, flowers and well wishes.
We could not be luckier to have you and your dogs as clients!❤️

We will hopefully be back in November (nursery dictated) but I will be in contact with everyone before then to let you know when exactly that will be and to book back into the diary.

He's a little snap of me and the boys from yesterday's Gordon Setter Champ show, where the boys won a few places in classes and Blue won a huge trophy for best colour! 💙 🧡

I am so incredibly proud of my boys, they were super well behaved all whilst towing along a plodding 7.5month pregnant human on the end of a lead!

We have a little bit of news to share with you!
❤️ Due May 2026
(A human one this time)

The salon will be temporarily closing for my maternity leave from:
10th April 2026 - 19th October 2026
**IN THEORY 🤞(unless someone else decided differently!)

But don't worry we won't be away for long!

We will try and answer some of the questions you may have and what we have already been asked:

• Are you closing completely?
No we are not!! The salon will just be closing for a short time for my maternity leave and then we will be back.

•Is Amy going to continue while your away?
No, Amy has decided in that time she is going to try another career path, so the salon will be fully closed.

•My dog is booked for the year, how will this effect me?
We will still be booking year appointments (if you want) but there will be a gap in between April and October and then your schedule will continue, if you wish to stay with us.

•Are you taking on new clients?
We will not be taking on any new clients I'm this time, as I don't want to build a relationship with a dog to then send the off to someone else. I don't think it is fair.

•Are you working all the way up to your due date?
Yes, hopefully. I will be finishing 2 weeks before my due date, so 🤞 all goes to plan!

However I will, obviously, be working a lot lighter as I approach that date, and dogs may take longer, and I will be unable to 'squish' dogs in right before I go. So please give as much notice for your appointment as possible around this time.

As far as these things go, if someone decides they want to appear earlier, it will be out of my control!
🙈 and appointments may (hopefully not) be disrupted.
As you know, I hate letting anyone down and this is definitely out of my comfort zone!
