✈️ Robyn's off to Turkey this September – but not for a holiday!

She'll be volunteering at the Köyceğiz Dog Shelter (https://www.facebook.com/groups/KoycegizAnimalWelfare/?ref=share) – a place doing absolutely incredible work for abandoned and street dogs. My goal? To bring as many much-needed supplies as I can and help raise money for their food and vet bills.

🐾 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has donated already – you’ve filled TWO full suitcases with items for the dogs! Your kindness means the world (and will mean the world to those wagging tails in Turkey).

This is your reminder to always check your dog after walks – especially during summer months! 🌾🐾

Grass seeds might look harmless, but they can easily burrow into your dog’s skin, ears, eyes, paws, and even get lodged between toes. Left untreated, they can cause painful infections and may even require veterinary removal.

📍The photos above show just how sneaky (and harmful) these little seeds can be.

✅ After every walk, take a minute to: 🔍 Check between toes
🔍 Look around ears and underarms
🔍 Brush through their coat

Regular grooming helps spot and remove them early. If you’re ever unsure, we’re here to help!

📍Prevention is always better than treatment.

🐾 What a day at the Hampshire Pet Fair! 🐾

We had such a brilliant time on Sunday meeting so many gorgeous dogs (and their lovely humans!), and even got to admire some absolutely awesome cats – including one of our own cat clients who placed 3rd in the cat show! 🎉🐱

The day was full of furry fun – we got to pet calves, goats, ferrets, and even a skunk! 😲💛

A big shoutout to Caroline, who had the honour of judging two classes: Best Coat Condition and Judge’s Favourite Pedigree – and wow, what a tough job! So many fantastic dogs took part 🐶✨

Huge thanks to the amazing team who organised such a fun and well-run event – we had an amazing time and can’t wait for the next one! 🐾🎪
