Your dog has 100% of my attention during the grooming process. All grooms start from £35, this price is dependent on breed, service required and coat condition. Most services other groomers charge for are included as standard for no additional cost. I bel

A pre-grooming health check
Brushing Out
De-shed
Bath ( shampoo to suit your dog’s coat/skin type)
Blow Dry (no cage dryers)
Styling ( techniques include hand stripping, sc******ng and clipping)
Nail Check & Trim

And I am done! Last day of grooming in Portishead. A huge thank you to everyone for all my cards, presents, kind words and well wishes that I’ve received in the last few weeks.
It’s been an emotional time saying goodbye to you all, especially some of you that I’ve had the pleasure of knowing for almost 12 years but the time for a new adventure is here and there are some fab groomers in Portishead so I know that I’m leaving you all in good hands.
I will be closing this page in a few days but I have a new one set up for my new job in Cullompton. A follow or review (if you haven’t already) would be much appreciated! ❤️

Business Closing

It's with great sadness I will be closing my business on the 28th June 2025.
Myself and Jamie are relocating to Exeter to start a new life and it's unfortunately not realistic to continue grooming in Portishead.
I'd like to thank you all for your custom,friendship and company over the past 12 years and I will miss you all.

** temporary closure**

As some of you know I was unexpectedly taken into hospital last week and had to have emergency surgery. Recovery is a bit slower than I would have liked so for now I am unable to work. All appointments for this week have been cancelled and if any appointments for next week are affected then you will be contacted. As soon as I am up and able I will be in touch with you all to get booked back in. Thank you for your patience and understanding ❤️

Cooper had his first big boy haircut today. All of the other dogs in our family are absolute horrors to be groomed, I’m sure they misbehave because it’s me and they can get away with it. Cooper however was a superstar. Definitely puts all of the other Fisher family dogs to shame! And he looks absolutely gorgeous 😍

** Lockdown Announcement **

Following the latest PM update.. I may not be a key worker but fortunately groomers are able to work as we are classed as animal welfare so at this point in time I will be remaining open and all appointments will still currently go ahead. I will be continuing with the safety measures I have had in place, so all dogs must be dropped off inside the front porch for me to collect and payment if possible is to be by bank transfer or cash inside an envelope.

Obviously it goes without saying that if you as an individual feel you would rather cancel your appointment, please do advise me with as much notice as possible.

Also as a reminder... if you or anyone in your household has covid-19 symptoms or is self isolating then I will not be able to groom your dog so please let me know and we can rearrange any appointments that are booked.

** New Year price increase**

With effect from 1st January 2021 my grooming prices will be increasing so all grooms now start from £35. Some larger breeds will be more so I will let you know individually what the new price will be but it will be no more than £5 increase.

I always try to keep my prices as low as possible for the one to one service I offer to you & your dog & this increase is necessary to maintain that service.
In view of the increase, if anyone with appointments already booked would like to cancel, could you please advise me asap.

🐾🐾🐾 Appointments 🐾🐾🐾

I am now fully booked until the end of the year and January is filling fast so please try and book appointments as far in advance as possible. I do have a couple of customers who are super organised and book the entire year of appointments in January. I am no where near as organised as that but for those of you on a regular grooming schedule (every 4/6/8 weeks) who want to book a block of appointments just let me know.

I will update if there are any changes, however at this point in time I am optimistic that as I am based at home and have everything in place for outdoor minimum contact that I will be allowed to remain open 🤞.
