Most of you know by now, but Stephen & Lee (hello, it's me) are leaving for Ukraine today with supplies to help with the humanitarian crisis through the NGO UkraineNow.

There was a lovely write up in Ruck.co.uk that featured our work and our the support from our local women's rugby team. It is a fantastic reminder that on we should all do our best to lift up those around us so we can all enjoy a fair and just life.

We've been in Wales on a working holiday with Fergus and Maisie!
