They come so much quicker when they are used to their breaking environment and have been here from babies 👶

Caitlin backed her 3 year old connemara filly Peaches

She’s been working away with her in the background long lining and lunging for the past few weeks sticking to our training plans.

It was time today and in true peaches style it was no bother to her. She’s the right attitude to go far. 🤩

Left the kids chats on the background 😂😂 no idea what the naddering about so comes with a warning ‼️

Looking forward to getting them up and running 🤎

School leavers
Genuinely no idea why anyone wouldn’t choose this route to get into horses for work.
Then again you would have to be mad to want to work with horses. 😂😎

I had completed my bhs level 2 plus coach at laurelview prior to leaving school and went straight into apprenticeship level 3 with Gransha at 16 as a school leaver - It give me all the experience skills sense & qualifications I needed to do what I do. All while I earned and built my own business and cared for my own animals. I’m forever greatful for my opportunities from Granaha & cafre 🥰

If any of my teens want a chat or guidance come see me. Lots of what I post is to help educate my kids 🤠

Our pony club certification is transferable for the apprenticeship entry level which was a big part of me choosing to offer it.
Sets the kids up with a good recorded and reputable education for a decent entry level.

Hopefully most of them I have steered into a good career path to pay for horses rather than with horses 😝

But To do my work or any work like it - business sense, hard graft, dedication, resilience passion and good solid experience is what’s is needed.
This course and a paid job will develop that.

If you are good there is any amount of work out there 🙃🙃

The Bulk of Working with horses is about being consistent reliable & experienced 👌❤️
