Don't forget about our Christmas Fayre this Sunday - we have some fantastic stalls for you to get some beautful festive gifts.

⏰10.30am-3pm - Adults are £2.50 (with a free mince pie) and children are FREE to enter.
☕The cafe will be open from 11am-2pm serving bacon rolls and hot drinks
🎅Santa will be here throughout the day so be sure to come

Today, we came together to honour and remember all those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. Their courage and commitment will never be forgotten.

We held a small service at the centre before our Veterans were privileged to join the pupils and staff at Ysgol Bae Baglan for their Remembrance Service. It was inspiring to see young people showing such respect and understanding for those who gave so much.

At 11am, we joined the nation in a moment of silence to reflect, remember and give thanks.

Another successful visit to one of our community schools that I have visited to carry out a fitness and wellbeing session. What a great group of kids with lovely staff and a beautiful part of the world. Thank you for having me up there 🥊

Jim and Pete supporting Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal this year in Morrisons Baglan.

We want to thank all our Veterans who have volunteered their time over the past 2 weeks for such a good cause.

They will be there until Saturday if you want to ger your poppy.

Busy class this morning in the ever popular Friday boxing session. We have 2 boxing specific sessions in the week, one being BoxHiit on tuesdays at 5.30pm and a Friday morning at 9.30am.
