Hot summer day, means 9am walkies and home visits. Got to beat the heat on a day like today. 💦

Top tips for weather ☀️ like this:

-it’s ok if your dog doesn’t have a walk at all 🛋️
-keep water bowls topped up throughout the day 💧
-avoid all road walking and hot surfaces including some astro turf as these also get hot 🛣️
-walk early and late, if your dog is suited to a walk at all. 🌙
-kongs, paddling pools, toys will provide your dog with plenty of joy without walking and over exerting themselves in the garden sun 🧸
-if worried about your dog showing any unusual behaviour or signs of overheating or stress, consult with your vet asap. 👩🏼‍⚕️
