Hey everyone 👋🐾
I wanted to properly introduce Woodside Dog Grooming Cabin and share a bit of the story behind it.
My name is Chelsea, and for years, I worked in HR and spent a long time climbing the corporate ladder. On paper it made sense, but in reality it never brought me much joy.
Long before that, I studied animal care at college, and animals have always been where my heart really is.
In September 2025, I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Kennel and Cattery Management, and in November 2025 I completed the Professional Dog Groomers Course with South Coast Dog Grooming Academy. Taking the step into grooming felt like finally coming back to something that truly fits.
We’re currently in the process of converting a cabin in our garden, which will be my calm, one-to-one base for grooming dogs. The aim is to create a quiet, relaxed space where each dog gets my full attention, without the stress of a busy salon environment.
I’m really passionate about giving dogs the best experience possible. My grooms are kind, patient, practical and completely dog-focused, with comfort and wellbeing always coming first.
