All our food is cooked in our custom built prep kitchen by head chef and owner Keri Astill-Frew. Keri trained in Michelin star kitchens and has been working as a professional chef for over a decade. She stopped eating meat in 2017 and decided to launch V. Dorset soon after. She now uses her skills and knowledge to create some of the tastiest veggie and vegan street food available on the market.
