🐾 Appointment Policy Update 🐾

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows in recent weeks, I will now be implementing a cancellation policy.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee (100%).

I understand things come up, but short notice means I can’t offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list — and unfortunately, that results in a loss of income. I really don’t enjoy putting this in place, but it’s necessary to keep the business running fairly. It’s either this or taking deposits going forward.

I was asked to upload some salon pics so you can see where your pups go while they are here they also have the run of the house as well while they are waiting for you. I also have an outdoor hot and cold shower incase those of you with giant dogs were wondering how they fit in the bath . Any breed bigger than a lab/ retriever is done outside undercover . Big dogs prefer it that way as the majority don’t like being up high X 🐾🐾

Biffy .. well what can I say, as soon as you ask him to sit he spins like a whurling dervish lol. Took a while but we got there in the end. Abi your boy is a nutter lol.

Some picture of today’s doggies and some from over the last few weeks . I don’t make them sit for pics unless they are happy too . Most are too busy running about the garden or house while waiting but I do manage to get a few so thought I’d share some x

What a lovely idea. I have worked in kennels and know that even the most loved dogs are very nervous and scared so these abandoned and mis treated little pups would really benefit from this x

How gorgeous are these pups. X I know a few people have asked about pups and I said that Hope have some regularly and what little cuties these are x

🐾 NEW FOR ADOPTION - GARFIELD PUPS 🐾

We recently welcomed Garfield and his litter mates Odie and Otto and they are now ready to find their new homes.

The pups are 9 week old rottweiler x collies and are gorgeous fluffy bundles of fun! They are looking for dedicated owners who will enjoy training and lots of activities together.

Left Ty hafan this morning on our Charity rally . Thank you everyone who donated , brought raffle tickets and attended our curry evenings .
