Hi all I’m back in work today yes I’m not 💯 but I have the drs later to get another dose of antibiotics.
Please ignore the state on me I sound awful and I’m deaf as a post but I can’t have anymore time off it’s driving me mad 🙈 how anyone can sit at home all day binge watching tv and doing nothing baffles me it’s driven me insane the last week it’s nice to get back to normality 🥰

Just want to update you all as you’ve all been messaging me checking in which is so lovely I have the best clients ever 🫶

Turns out it’s not the flu it’s pneumonia that’s why I’ve been getting worse and not better and why the flu tablets haven’t been working 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m on strong antibiotics for 5 days but if my breathing worsens over the weekend I’ll have to go down the hospital.
Honestly doesn’t rain it pours for me 😔

Hopefully these start working soon and I’m ok to work next week 🤞 but I won’t push myself the dr said I can’t do anything strenuous as my breathing is laboured as it is.

One of my clients has managed to get her dog groomed elsewhere this time which is a massive help so thank you all I’ve done is worry about getting everyone booked back in 🙈
If anyone else booked in this week is able to get them done somewhere else to take the strain off this once that would help massively so let me know.

For any of you that are struggling to keep them calm try the half wrap it works I use to do it to my old girl Bella it was the only thing that calmed her down.
Sending hugs to all my fur babies tonight and over the weekend as no doubt it won’t end tonight 🎇

I don’t know how it’s possible to wake up feeling worse again but I have 😔
I won’t be in work at all this week.
I’m sorry to those of you I’ve had to let down if you can go elsewhere just this once I’d appreciate it or if any of my fellow groomers have space to do any of my clients that would be a massive help.
Thank you to the few of you with short haired dogs that have offered to skip this months grooms that’s a massive help.
For those of you who have offered to push their grooms back I appreciate it although that isn’t an option I’m already booked out 2 months in advance so I’m already booked up until January so I have no space to move people.
I’ll work my days off to catch up that’s not a problem I’m just hoping this doesn’t continue into next week or I’ll be playing catch up all of November 🤦🏻‍♀️

Still feel like death I’ve not been this poorly in a long time.
Anyone booked in this week or next week if your dogs are not desperate for a groom and you can skip this months grooms (short haired dogs) or if you are able to go elsewhere for this months groom that would be a massive help, if not I’ll work my days off to get you all back in over the next couple of weeks.
I hate letting anyone down you all know that but I’m really not well enough 😔
