All set up at Pontypool Spooktacular! 🎃

The event is on until 4pm today, with lots of free things for families going on, and loooads of amazing stalls to see!

We do have some news however, this will be our last market 😞 Since closing the shop, the markets have been dwindling more and more for us, and with both of us working full time in very intense jobs, we just feel now is the right time to come to a close.

So, on that note! We have 25% off all grooming items at the stall, so come and get your smellies and stock up on treats!🐾

We're just about settled back in after a ridiculously hectic week after coming back from holiday!

We're all set up at Goytre Wharf with GW Crafters ready for the official open at 10:30!

It's currently a really lovely cool temperature, thankfully!

We're so very, very excited for this sunday!

Goytre is just beautiful and we love this event, so please pop along and have a look at the 80 stalls, live music, and stop off in the cafe when you're done too.

It is however, looking very hot still for Sunday, so please, please, please be responsible with your dogs. As much as we love seeing them, this is one time where we'd much prefer to NOT see them as it's going to be so hot! Leave them at home in the cool with lots of water and they can literally chill out whilst you come down and have a browse, and not have to worry if they're overheating!

We are back at it tomorrow!

Back in Pontypool for the monthly artisan Market, after having the last one off.

We'll have our usual delicious natural treats and chews, including our mix and match 3 for £1.50 jars as well as Lickimats.

The market is on 10am to 3pm tomorrow and its 1 whole year since the Artisan markets started; where has that time gone?!!

Thank you for bearing with us whilst we took a much, much needed break for the last couple of weeks of July and throughout August. After the market tomorrow, we'll update the stock on the website with what was sold at the market and then the website will be back up and running for you to order online for postage, click and collect and deliveries as usual 😊

I'm looking for recommendations for a dog sitter (to stay at our house) from early afternoon of Friday 22nd September to around 7am of Sunday 1st October

4 dogs aged 1 - 12 in Pontypool. Preferably someone who can drive who can take them to a secure field (which we would pay for).

We did have a sitter but it fell through, hence my last minute panic postings everywhere to find someone 😅

We are all set up at Pontypool Party in the Park!

Officially opens at 11am but there's people wandering around the stalls already. Closes at 5pm!

There's loads of lovely independent stalls, craft and food ones.

We are down by the inflatables, on the corner. There's loads on all day, and we are all hoping the rain stays off. Either way, it's going to be a busy day 😍

It's only 2 days until Pontypool Party in The Park 🏞

Last year was a great day, so we've got fingers crossed that this year will be the same and the weather will be nice 🤞

After this event, we are going to be taking an extended break, for at least the rest of July and August.

We're both just frazzled and a bit burnt out; we both work full time, I'm a dog trainer on weekends, I'm so far behind on my studies, and Harry with his writing, and that's even before looking into the agility we do with the boys, long walks with the dogs, or even just sitting down and doing nothing and having a rest 😅

So we've decided we're just going to take this time off to just catch our breath, catch up on studies and life, and have a bit of a reset.

That means, Saturday will be the last chance to stock up on any treats for at least July and August, as we are taking a full break; so no markets, no deliveries, no postage, nothing online.

So, fingers crossed for a good day Saturday, and we hope you understand that we just need a bit of a break ❤️

Today is National Pet Remembrance Day 🌈

We remember Pete every single day; I have his paw print tattooed on me, I wear a necklace with some of his fur every day, but we'll use today as a special reminder of this gorgeous little boy.

His favourite thing was to carry everything and anything, as you'll see in the photos!

It's strange to think that so many of you wouldn't have met him in the shop. For those of you that did, and used to stop by the shop JUST to see him, you'll know what an amazing little chap he was ❤️

For all of us that have lost a pet (although, they are so much more than just a pet!), feel free to post your photos in the comments below.
