🌸🐾 **A Friendly Reminder for All Our Doggy Families** 🐾🌸

As the weather brightens and gardens come into bloom, it’s the perfect time for outdoor adventures with your pups. But many common garden flowers — and even some popular seasonal events — can pose hidden dangers to our furry friends.

🚫 **Flowers to watch out for:**
Some beautiful blooms are unfortunately toxic to dogs, including:

* Tulips & daffodils (especially the bulbs)
* Lilies
* Foxglove
* Bluebells
* Hydrangeas
* Azaleas & rhododendrons

Even a small nibble can cause symptoms like vomiting, drooling, lethargy, or worse — so it’s always better to be cautious.

🎉 **Seasonal events & risks:**
Spring and summer events like flower shows, Flower picking events, garden festivals, weddings, and even local markets often feature these plants in displays or bouquets. Dogs may be tempted to sniff or chew unfamiliar flowers in new environments, especially when they’re excited or curious.

🐶 **How to keep your dog safe:**

* Keep a close eye during walks in parks and gardens
* Avoid letting your dog chew on plants or flowers
* Be mindful at events where floral displays are within reach
* If you’re unsure about a plant, it’s best to steer clear

💛 If you ever think your dog has eaten something they shouldn’t, contact your vet right away — quick action can make all the difference.

These beautiful babies are ready for their new homes, next week. They have been living here at Coco’s Cub House since they were 4 days old. We have absolutely loved helping Comet raise her babies in a safe, warm, calm and loving home. A far cry from where she came from. This has been so rewarding. Thank you to the RSPCA for entrusting us with this gorgeous family xx

We have been very busy here at Coco’s Cub House for the past 5 weeks. We have been keeping a little secret and have been fostering these beauties for the RSPCA since they we’re 4 days old. We’ve loved every minute 🥰 xx
