So I’ve always been open & honest with business and this is one of them post,
I’m not going to lie this year has been very hard for us as a small business, wages going up, electric going up, rent going up, some stock pricing going up,
And also understanding life is very expensive now and I totally understand that not everybody can afford to be spending loads of money and buying the extras like treats .. some people have gone off raw because its simply is just so expensive to live and even though you can feed you pets from as little as £10 a month depending on breed on raw the bottom line is a dog fed anything is better than not being fed at all so whether that is that we have to make that decision to place onto a low cost kibble just to ensure our pets are fed. And trust me I totally get it we’re all struggling daily,
But sadly our business is taking a huge hammer this year not necessarily because people aren’t buying Raw because we still buy the same amount of stock weekly but because people just can’t afford to be spending extra money all the time on extras like treats and stuff like that , cause I’m not gonna lie just the raw stock for us is roughly seven grand a week but with the wages the Electric and the rent all going up and us then putting the Raw down to make it more affordable for you guys we’re taking a huge hammer and scarily it is affecting our business which I’m absolutely gutted about because we’ve been building for 5 1/2 years  and honestly it’s been an absolute amazing 5 1/2 years we have the absolutely best customers , but seriously guys it’s getting very scary how much it’s affecting the business. 
I absolutely appreciate all the support and I hope you appreciate the 95p per roll price drop we made to make it more affordable and I really hope it’s helping a lot of you guys, but if you can even purchase one treat when in store you honestly don’t understand how much that helps us just by purchasing one treat from us,
We’re touch & go this year, the business is screaming at me but I always want to make sure raw is affordable for everyone.
I don’t know if there’s a point of this post but I just wanted to be open and show the reality of owning a small business it’s not all fun games the amount of stress it causes is crazy but also the amount of happiness and joy that I get from it will always out way the stress, so we will keep pushing through aslong as we can but this year has been the hardest year for us I just wanted to be open with you all and give you some insight. 
So please if you are raw feeding or maybe even like to feed natural treats and local or maybe not local (we deliver) please consider popping by and giving us a visit, we’re not online based we never have been maybe this is a down fall, but we’ve done amazing for the past years so I doubt that, but please if you can support us where possible even if it’s by sharing our posts, telling your friends & family you don’t realise how much we would appreciate it unlike the big corporate company’s, here you are supporting families the staff members family who always happy to serve you guys, and also supporting local small business.
We started rooting for raw here in Pontefract when no one else did we’ve 15years experience raw feeding and I’m always here for support 24/7,
