Firstly, we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone for your patience over the last couple of weeks.

As many of you know, our family recently suffered the loss of my father-in-law. Understandably, this has had a significant impact on both our family life and the business, and we've been doing our best to navigate a very difficult time.

As a result, we've fallen behind with replying to messages, booking requests, and updating customers about the status of their rugs. If you've been waiting for a response, an update, or for your rug to be returned, please accept our sincere apologies.

To be completely honest, we've simply run out of the emotional energy to individually message everyone while dealing with everything that comes with losing a loved one. Rather than leave people wondering, we wanted to be open and explain the situation.

The good news is that we're now getting ourselves back on track and are working hard to catch up. Our aim is to have all outstanding rugs completed, returned, and messages answered by the end of this week.

Thank you all for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. It genuinely means more than you know.

A fresh delivery of patching materials has arrived today and we’re fully stocked again for rug repairs! 🪡🐴
After unpacking muddy, hairy rugs day in and day out, it’s quite nice opening boxes that don’t smell like wet horse for a change 🤣
