Hello!
In the last week we’ve had multiple no shows and late notice cancellations,
It’s not something we like having to do, but we do charge a fee to re book, being self employed this really effects our income working by appointment only, we still have overheads to pay, and when we are unable to fill the appointment due to lack of notice, not only does that take away the appointment for someone else, we’re then at a total loss for income.

We hope you can understand and kindly ask to please check your appointments if needed, and give notice where possible understanding of emergencies etc.

We appreciate all our our clients and their continued support 🐶
