Recently the puppies from Skye’s litter have made a habit of attending companion shows for socialisation🐶 These are fun, unofficial dog shows that accommodate for all pet owners, often for charity, at village fetes or other dog events. Classes such as best crossbreed, waggiest tail, best trick, most handsome male etc. can be expected.
Today both mother and son won Best in show. 🏵️
Chai won his cutest puppy class and came 2nd in the best trick, before getting BIS. After Skye was outshined by Rocky at the last event they attended a year ago where he won BIS, today was her day. She came 1st in the 2 classes we entered, prettiest bitch & multicolour coat before winning overall. Her son Atlas passes his KC good citizen puppy award today too, and has also entered multiple puppy classes, placing high 🏆 Coincidentally too, Otis won a most appealing eyes category a few months back, which a year prior his aunt Indy had won at the same show. Bee’s winning class from today was also for having the most appealing eyes.
Nova (from Zoa & Haribo) also deserves a special mention, she won best pedigree, 4th best trick and went on to earn 3rd BIS at All About Dogs. Her brother Chester has also recently passed his KC good citizen silver award, and won a judges favourite class, and 3rd most handsome at a fun show. Brother Nox also entered his breed classes earlier in the year in Norway.
Moving forward I can’t wait to be able to start sharing sporting updates as our youngsters progress 💪
Our pups are training up in agility, scent work & flyball, plus a couple are meant for therapy work and medical alert 🔔
