Just a polite reminder that when making an appointment for your dog. As the owner it is your place to remember your date and time and not our responsibility to remind you . However we do try and give out reminders by emails and text but these are only courtesy reminders and they don't always go out so please do not rely on them.
If you do not give us 24hrs notice or turn up on the day of your appointment there is a 50% charge as you have taken up a slot for another dog .
Please be kind to your groomer as they work very hard and plan their day around your appointments .

Though I am very busy from now until Christmas Charleigh who has been OCN qualified for two years does have a couple of slots left so if you want to get your fur babies looking Santa paws ready please contact the salon on 01752 405191 or Charleigh’s mobile direct on 07407131090.
Charleigh is also taking customers for the new year.
If you contact the salon hopefully one of the fully qualified girls will be able to accommodate your fur baby.
We are well established and have been trading in Elburton for over 15 years and I have over 30 years experience so your very precious pets are in good hands.
