This sweetie pie is called Panda, and this week she came in for her first big girl groom, where I encounter a new problem - she was too happy! She wouldn’t stop giving me cuddles and having zoomies, so we had to take lots of breaks so she could get all her energy out! Eventually she figured out it wasn’t play time and let me finish the groom.

So apparently the World Cup is happening this summer, I know nothing about football other than the fact there is a ball involved and the persistent insistence that is it ‘coming home’. However I do know about dogs! So I have put together this information about some of the national and native dogs of the countries competing this year (not every country has a nationally recognised dog)

There’s a fair few countries so this is only part one, let me know which one is your favourite! I find the national dog of Brazil to be very interesting! 🇧🇷

I may follow the World Cup this year through dogs and make a grid of all the countries represented by dogs as they go against each other. Let me know if you’d be interested in seeing that in the comments!

This is Terry, the Jack Russell x Westie, and at the mature age of 15, he’s got a couple of lumps and bumps on him. Just because he’s older though doesn’t mean he’s not deserving of a pampering, and Terry came out of his groom looking a handsome hound 🐕

Terry is such a gentle soul and it’s so nice to see him not just looking smarter, but feeling more comfortable too 🙂 I can’t wait to see him again!
